To booking our vehicles is necessary to make the payment of 40% of the total rental price and the balance remaining 30 days prior to the delivery date of the vehicle.
*After receive the vehicle of our customers, the refund of guarantee will take place if the vehicle is returned in the same delivery conditions. In the event of finding a malfunction or loss of any of the objects found inside or outside the vehicle, the amount needed to fix said malfunction or loss will be discounted from the final established fee. Said fees will be expressed as the following concepts: repair and replacement.

Motorhomes are delivered clean, with full fuel and water tanks, and are expected to be delivered in the same conditions.
All vehicles have a limit of 250 kilometers per day. In the event of exceeding the daily amount, an additional fee of 15,000 CLP will be charged for every 100 extra kilometers.
The pickup and drop off service of all our vehicles from our office headquarters in Santiago is free of charge. There is an additional fee depending on the location requested.
For weekend and festive dates: It´s apply an additional charge for the deliveries and returns of the vehicles during weekend and festive dates.

Under the execution of any of the above-described prohibitions, AndesCampers can make use of the guarantee to fix the vehicle and return it in its original condition.
Once the procedure of the booking of our vehicles takes place, we will hand over the rental contract, which gives the client permission to use the rented taking into consideration all terms and conditions described in each section.
The conditions may change without notice in relation to rental features, due external or internal events, which never will be in detriment of service quality hired.
